Edit: More breaking news! If you read the above panels in order, they match the previous kage! The guy that Orochimaru's grandfather matches up with looks exactly like an older version of... Trollkage! Orochimaru's grandfather was the Mizukage for a short time and trollkage took over after him! Successfully filling the Second and Third Mizukage seats!

Edit 2: I agree it's probably his grandfather!

Yeah I looked better. Actually by the looks and the clothes he's the one who accompanied the Kazekage. It's not necessarily a rule. While it looks like Oro, it's not his father as one of the distinctive patterns of Oro's are those eye make-up things.
