First kill all those guys he implanted cursed seal on(I think there are only few left)...
And then just kill Oro using Shinra tensei, meteor jutsu, amaterasu, shisuusenju there are many ways, you know...:yeah:

I'm sorry, I just couldn't resist joining in. XD
Anyways, Orochimaru doesn't seem like he can die. Amaterasu won't work due to his ability to shed his skin or whatever he sheds. Meteor jutsu likely wouldn't kill him either. I mean, he took a full powered hit from Tsunade and a real beating from Naruto in his mini-kyuubi form. Jiraiya got several broken bones from Tsunade just for perving on her. Imagine the damage she did to Orochimaru. It seems like no matter what happens, Orochimaru comes out virtually unscathed. Although I do question if he would survive a full powered TBB.

Speaking of which I clearly think Orochimaru (full strength) overpowers both Jiraya (without sage mode) and Tsunade with Byakou
