Xanthe is right Orochimaru bios require Nexus permission just like learning Fuuninjutsu or to learn toads without a cannon bio I know all these things because I. Have been here for a while lol

Actually Xanthe your wrong about that... I spoke to Nexus because I was intending to make the bio and he asked me why I asked him for permission... He said all I needed was his blessing for Kin which he gave me but I still cant learn it for a while so that is why I didnt make the bio. Point is Im pretty sure you dont need Nexuses permission for the bio itself but only for Kin

He said all I needed was his blessing for Kin which he gave me but I still cant learn it for a while so that is why I didnt make the bio. Anyways I talked to Mathias, and he said you need permission from Nexus in order to make the biography.
I guess its a restriction to the bio, but if it is then why haven't they updated the bios information. :|​
