Why not? He gave the crow to naruto right before the sasuke fight so if he is alive then yes he would have it.

Anyway itachis susanoo is perfect for fighting edos, he has the Yata that blocks all ninjutsu and the totsuka that seals them, not saying it'd be easy but I think itachi is capable.

Also itachi has genjutsu which if he caught oro the Edo would be useless in fact they would act on their on and ***** slap oro.
