Orochimaru has always been under itachi's power... But right now there's no comparation.

Orochimaru summons with edo tensei: KM Minato, Tobirama, And hiruzen (he can't use hashirama so he doesn't count)

Itachi can't solo KM Minato (edo, infinite chakra and body), Tobirama (edo, infinite chakra and body) and hiruzen (edo, infinite chakra and body).. + Orochimaru is pretty powerfull too..

And don't come with Tsukuyomi one shots... Itachi has to gather chakra first, thats enough time for orochimaru to summon the edo kages and finish itachi
