curse mark and oro's techniques died with oro don't be foolish.sasukes cursed seal of heaven receded with oro's sealing along with all oro's techniques he had adopted.kabuto is oro's only legacy now and only possible way back.and even that is highly unlikely

that's a good question.but also the difference between sasuke and anko is she was oro's apprentice she wasn't just trained by him.she learned more jutsu from him and probably adopted the way of the snake.next to kabuto(maru) she is the most like oro in ways of ninjutsu and style of fighting.I'm sure she lost the seal too but hers was also a little weak because she refused to use it.and to the point what I'm trying to say is she probably still has all her abilities from oro because she learned them not absorbed them and takin them for her own like sasuke who lost them when oro was sealed.but you're right it's weird it didn't show anko react to the seal receding
