Do you guys remember when Danzo died ? When he died all of the people he placed the mark on suddenly vanished. This means when the placer dies he dies the curse then disappears. Plus since Danzo and orochimaru were close comrades in developing jutsu that leads me to belive that their curses are related in how they are removed.

Danzo seal didn't include his charka/DNA while Orochimaru's seal has been shown to also hold some of his charka/DNA during the fight between Sasuke and Itachi, plus Orochimaru DNA/Charka is still floating between Kabuto and Anko plus others out there that may have his curse mark. But let's be honest he's been underestimated because the 3rd Hokage used a justu on him to take away his justu forever however he regain his justu and expanded his justus since the death of the 3rd Hokage

Well as we saw on the latest chapter sasuke confirmed something i thought about long time ago my theory is that since curse marks are fused with oros chakra he is actually alive inside the cursed person therefore he is able to come back but that's just me

This is an interesting development. On one hand, Sasuke was kind of a special case. Sasuke did have the curse mark, but Sasuke also had Orochimaru's consciousness trapped inside him as a result of the body transfer jutsu failure. When Orochimaru came out of him, it was a combination of his consciousness AND the chakra in the curse mark coming out. At least, that's what it seemed like.

Now with Anko, she does have the curse mark but she doesn't have Orochimaru's consciousness trapped inside her. If Sasuke can somehow pull Orochimaru out of that curse mark by itself, that's slightly different and something we haven't seen before.

Also, if it was possible to pull Orochimaru out of Anko's curse mark, wouldn't Kabuto have done it? Kabuto loves and respects Orochimaru so much I suspect he would want to try to revive him if he could. That's just a theory.

One other item worth remembering is that Orochimaru's consciousness is trapped in a genjutsu seal in the sword of Totsuka in Itachi's Susanoo. However, Itachi's eyes belong to Sasuke now. That means Orochimaru's consciousness is trapped inside Sasuke's eyes. It's POSSIBLE that Sasuke might be able to release him. We know that Itachi never had the ability to extinquish the black flames of Amaterasu but Sasuke did have that power. Maybe Sasuke would be able to un-do other eye jutsu that Itachi could not? This is just speculation, of course.

I think there are at least two options if Kishi wanted to bring Orochimaru back: Extract him from Anko's curse mark or release him from the sword of Totsuka seal. If Kishi wants to bring Orochimaru back, either of those are possible options to follow.

I sure as hell dont think amaterasu burning orochimaru's snake was an accident. The amaterasu actually followed the snake and killed it. I think itachi rigged the amaterasu to make sure orochimaru doesnt get out alive. That would explain why itachi basically made an amaterasu barrier around the entire battlefield

He didn't get sealed. When the totsuka sword pierced him, he was able to transform into a littlle snake and escape. Even though that snake got hit by amaterasu accidently, but Oro wouldn't die that easily.

I believe that Sasuke wants to meet Madara, because Orochimaru is Madara. Madara knows everything about the clan, the village and shinobi. I think that Orochimaru did something to that body. Sasuke said " I want to meet Orochimaru by himself " and later he said " the one who knows everything " is not Orochimaru, but Madara. I am not really sure if Madara has a curse mark, because you could see that he is holding around the neck with his hands at the last page, 14. It is exactly the same Sasuke had the the curse mark on the left side where the curse mark is, and just like Madara holding around his neck with his hands on the left side. Sure Itachi sealed him, but maybe Orochimaru did something after that, he's still alive inside that curse mark on Madara or Anko, probably Madara, It's my theory, thx.
