u maybe joking but i think this is what is goin2 happen. OK curse marks=horcruxes
Oro put some of his charka in each & every curse mark(basically like how the 4th sealed some of his charkra inside naruto & we saw that....with that little bit he was able to talk 2 naruto, repair the seal, he just used 8 tri grams instead of a earth seal) also kibuto has Oro's body. i think if there is enough curse marks around & kibuto then he can most likely come back
note: sasuka only obsorbed Oro's spirit & alittle body which is sealed & i dont think Itachi gave sasuka the sealing sword.
the water & bottle theory is close 2 being accurate, you need 2 bottles, water & pepsi. there is a bottles of water(oro's charkra) in each bottle(cm host) which is used to power up the host(they well releace the water if they need it) the pepsi(host chakra) is in the big bottle(host body) around the smaller bottle. the pepsi stops the water from leave the other bottle. when there is no more pepsi left the water will flow out the small bottle filling the larger one to the point that it's full & since theirs no pepsi left to coat the hole in the large bottle(curse mark).
sasuka also had Oro's soul in his little bottle(this is like having a untamed tailed beast sealed in you) when he ran out of pepsi the water escaped Oro's soul did too & was able to ack independent from sasuka's will(basically had taken over sasuka's body) & had control over the water(he used a jutsu).
take all the little bottles out of the big ones & combine them in one body & Oro just maybe slithering arourd again
