In a universe where you can kill someone without even having to move, yes I would consider that a fight. Genjutsu is just a skill that shinobi use to kill.

Not an assassination at all. Both people could be looking at each other and genjutsu could be used to defeat the other person.

That doesn't mean the other person didn't try to land a blow, he/she just couldn't because they were beaten that quickly.

Orochimaru may not have complete immortality, but he has the best out of anyone else. Kaguya, Madara, Obito, Nagato, Itachi, Black Zetsu, everyone who posed a threat to him but Naruto and Sasuke are all dead. While he's still alive. And left to his own devices. He's going to f*ck over the new generation because of Naruto and Sasuke's weird and misplaced trust in him.
