Yeah, sure, but many thought it was his actual speed, not an S/T technique. Seeing as how there are only 3 S/T users shown thus far ( 4 if we count Kakashi ) it's not like S/T jutsus are common.

Oro may know of it but he has no way of knowing it's the seal on his stomach which makes Minato teleport to him and not his shunshin speed.

How does Orochimaru get sealed, even instantly? The only known sealing technique by Minato does seal him along with the other person.

If he can seal his chakra, Kushina's and half of the Kyuubi inside Naruto in a half dead state he can seal Orochimaru no diff.

t's hard to beat Orochimaru with physical damage.

Doesn't Rasengan wound people on a cellular level? Anyway, Orochimaru can't keep on using Oral Rebirth. It consumes a ton of chakra.

I think not! Orochimaru body was rejecting him, and he had no use of his jutsu against Naruto. Yet Orochimaru still screwed around against Naruto. Cs2 Sasuke was fighting an Orochimaru who not only had no use of his arms, but also was on his death bed. If Orochimaru had wanted he could have bitten of Sasuke's head.

Without restrictions, Orochimaru wins this without any trouble.

Saying Minato got appointed Hokage and not Orochimaru is not a solid case. Orochimaru was conducting illegal experiments and was generally being really shifty- Hiruzen wouldn't pick someone twisted or suspicious. Minato just had the will of fire, that's all there was to it.

There are tons of theories; Well basically in a fight you never know what happens so if you say that one jutsu is very hard to land on someone, well maybe that guy will get clumsy and fall and he will be open to that one jutsu... So in my opinion they are both very skilled shinobi i'd say none wins unless they fight till the end.. Where Minato wins over long time; because we don't know much about his powers all i can say is that he wins over long long time in a fight against oro.
