From what I understand, Orochimaru has to be close to someone or touch them while in his Hydra mode to poison them.

Still good enough to give Obito a huge power boost with only half of the watered down cell + uchiha dna.Orochimaru has the whole thing so his chakra reserves is high if not higher than tobirama's like it or not.

Base Tsunade has 4 out of 5 in stamina, while Oro has only 3.5.

exactly people underestimate the amount of Chakra Tsunade has, she basically fought Madara alone (well not really) and didn't run out of chakra until the very end.. (actually her seal simply disappeared, she still had chakra)
