Wut? Tobirama's E rank suiton bisects him? B!tch please. Tsunade pierced him with a giant sword and he tanked it. Not to mention Manda is extremely fast. He was able to dodge Jiraiya's, Katsuyu's and Gamabunta's attacks without a problem.
His base speed is average, he isn't dodging Orochimaru's attacks forever.

Oro cannot use Oral Rebirth too much, considering it is heavily chakra taxing. Manda can get teleported to another city via FTG being added to a kunai. Orochimaru isn't getting close to Tobirama, who can dodge due to better reactions/speed/ftg. Suidanha can be a game changer for Tobirama, if it is spammed. Overall, Orochiamru has nothing to hit Tobirama with, while Tobirama can simply keep hitting Orochimaru until he has no chakra left. Orochimaru is easily tagged by Tobirama considering Tobirama can effortlessly close the distance, and Tobirama will be attempting CQC according to your points. Water dragon bullet shits on Oro as well, considering it only requires one hand seal, which compared to Zabuza is an amazing feat.

Tobirama mid difficulty. Orochimaru cannot hit Tobirama, and neither does Manda. Suiton: Suidanha cuts Manda in two as it did the chakra absorbing God Tree. Eight Branches gets hit with Suidanha as well. Kage Bunshin's will most likely be used by Tobirama and be applied the Hiraishin marking, and they will spread it out on the ground on on the kunai, giving Tobirama more places to escape. There is no way in hell Orochimaru is surviving being cut in two by Suidanha with multiple Kage Bunshin over and over. He will run out of chakra.
