Jiraya killed the animal path twice and two others, alos he didn't have full knowledge
Pein admits that had Jiraya known about his secret then Jiraya would have won
Orochimaru is considered equal to Jiraya, though not true imo,
Orochimaru in this scenario has full knowledge, plus his twisted brain, and if he has knowledge then he can get ready for his opponenet
The only problem I see is Deva path he would make it hard for Oro to defend or attack but if he used his power and Oro used his momentary gap in ability to take him out the rest would follow shortly
I give this to Oro with extremely high difficulty
why restrict edo tensei???? he would probably win with it, that's why...anyway, even without, oro would fare much better than jiraiya, but idk if he can beat all 6 without edo. it would only be fair since jiraiya had ma and pa...but whatever
he would beat animal path
1. manda> Cerberus summon and i think his snakes could at least occupy the rest. and he would fight for oro cuz oro could offer the dead pain bodies to manda as sacrifice. therefore pein couldn't revive them unless he had a spare body
2. in the case of an almighty pull from deva path, there's a 5 sec interval. in that time, oro could sprout kusanagi from his mouth and extend it quite quickly and possibly take out another path that would most likely negate with their body or such. if not, deva path is dead lol
3. kusanagi could take out the soul stealing one as well, since he has to be close
4. oro barely uses elemental ninjutsu, so i don't think that preta path or whateva could absorb snake jutsu
meh, these are just a few thoughts. but like i said, oro would fare way better than jiraiya...he might have a shot a winning with very high diff

well...if he's not close to nagato, then the strain could be too much. oro could use s/t summon a snake summon, and "teleport" somewhere else....again, just a thought...much like what sasuke did to manda. also, i doubt he'd use it while he still has the other paths...they'd be sucked in also, right?
