I create three clones. Then as you use your first wind move, one of my clone use:

When The Fire is About to burn the floor i jump up and get on a branch to avoid being burned then i use:
(Suiton: Suishouha) - Water Style: Water Shock wave

to take out the fire then i jump down and since you have a clone underground i use
