Orochimaru vs Sakumo hatake

Who would win in a fight to the death between Orochimaru and Sakumo Hatake? I realize we haven't seen any thing of Sakumo but what do you think.
Both healthy and both have no restriction.

Its better then all the threads that people make about "BM Naruto" vs Madara, Sasuke, Sannin ext. And i was just wondering what people thoughts were regardless of what the manga said.

no its not better then those threads because at least those threads have facts to be spoken of ur thread has zero and ppl cant give u thoughts other then speculation based on the fave character bias so long story short thread fail
