Orochimaru wouldn't need Oral Rebirth to recover from a Rasengan. He didn't half to use it after he was cut in half by the four tailed naruto, or when he took 30 direct blows from Tsunade. And we don't know how many time Orochimaru can use Oral Rebirth because we have never seen him with an absence of chakra.
