Mei would melt Orochimaru easily. By "Restrictions Edo Tensei", do you mean that it cannot be used? Because then Orochimaru has basically no jutsu that would stand a chance against her dual KG.

So far all we've seen from Mei is Lava release and that acid Jutsu....

Oro has immortality, regeneration, lots of resistance, a wide variety of Jutsus and not to mention Edo Tensei...

so for now Ill go with Oro since I dont know much about Mei

None of us know who would win... We dont know Mei's chakra level.. or how often she can use it her acid... we dont know how often and fast Oro can regenerate or shed skin...

Yes he can but every time he sheds his skin it takes up way too much chakra.

Basically she creates like a mist of acid with her boil release, which she is immune too, and the acid stays present in the air until she makes it disappear herself.

So, even if Orochimaru just sheds his skin while it's being burned off or whatever he'll just still be present in the mist until he gets out which I doubt since he'll constantly have his skin burned by the acid. And when that happens he'll just keep shedding it and then he'll run out of chakra.
