Orochimaru himself stated that he couldnt beat current Sasuke. So there is no way he could stand up against Madara

Until people understand that Orochimaru was revived for a reason for us to witness his prime... then you wouldn't underestimate him.

That reason may not be to fight though. Not entirely anyway. Orochimaru's greatest asset was that he always had something up his sleeve. At this point of just being revived, seeing Sasuke's power, knowing who is out there in this war, he may be rather hesitant to fight those he knows are strong enough to wipe out half the world.

Orochimaru was a fiend for forbidden techniques so I'm sure he has a few really useful moves up his sleeve, but then again this is Madara were talking about. He's a real power house, Orochimaru can only regenerate so many times, with perfect Susano'o in the picture, I doubt Orochimaru could harm him, let alone clones with Susano'o.

The poison is Kabuto's and even if he can use it, Oro would have to somehow get it into his body. oro is not impossible to kill. Manda 2 belongs to Kabuto. No way can the 8 Branched Snake stop a meteor. Madara wins low diff.

this is because of oro's unique style of fighting witch by the way allow him to use strong tech that doesn't require arms. oro is not weak (actually he is a monster and my favourite villain) but he is not on madara's level

Haha honestly I didn't intend to, I just hoped to give it more perspective as to what the other members thought.

He has been playing everyone, but eventually people don't like to be played with anymore. Deceit and betrayal only work for a little while, but eventually you're brought into the open if you want real power, which completely goes against the idea of deceit. But it costs a huge amount of chakra to regenerate, it isn't a fool-proof justu or strategy.

I still find Madara's raw power enough to destroy him. Good day to you sir

I remember when everyone faithfully believed Tobi wasn't Obito, and then, were disappointed.

Same thing will happen with Orochimaru's powers; keep doubting the possibilities only to be let down in the end.
