I know Wood Style wont work because of Oro's poison, and Orochimaru is basically immortal, impossible to kill.

Also Manda II is big/bigger than Madara's Susanoo i think...judging by that Island Tortoise it choked

Orochimaru can stop a meteor 8 Branched Snake Technique, it shows great strength enough to smash mountains.

Oh and no Edo Tensei, both Orochimaru and Madara, thats just unfair the way I see it...

Orochimaru wouldn't be enough to beat Madara, his summonings literally pale in comparison to Perfect Susann'o, His Meteor would be too much for Oro to attempt to even regenerate from, his Katon techniques are the perfect combat for his snake related abilities as they have a natural weakness to heat meaning fire and lightning based techniques are perfectly suited against Orochimaru.
