HiddenSound, I know a good deal about both characters and like them... Orochimaru's best shot is Manda. And that's not a sure fire thing once the Water Dome comes up. Orochimaru loses mid diff U_U

I don't see Kisame having anything to put Oro down for the count, I go with Orochimaru high diff.

How will Orochimaru survive once Samehada drains his chakra, once Kisame's super human strength, commented by Gai, and his shredding sword tear him apart? It's going to be Orochimaru evading until he eventually is drained of chakra. Manda is the only threat here to Kisame and unless he starts out with summoning him, it's a pretty much GG thing.

I doubt Kisame would win against current Orochimaru, who's all up on Hashirama's cells.

Samehada, as a sword, is virtually useless against Orochimaru. The best that Kisame's strength could do is cause cosmetic damage. The only threat that Kisame posses to Orochimaru is the chakra draining aspect.

There are three things I can see Orochimaru doing to stop it. First off he just keeps his distance (obvious, I know.) Second is remove the sword from Kisame, using Multiple Striking Shadow Snakes, or something to that effect. The last thing he could do is Attack Prevention Technique, and eventual get in a sneak attack.

Just replace Naruto with Kisame in the image blow.
