not really,oro will just agree to a 100 human feats for it's help. And oro's hydra mode is also viable,coupled with his ability to spit out yen thousand snakes,which when killed,their blood turns into poison which would poisin kisame both outside and in his water dome. Hydra mode ends he fight

I don't see Manda being a game changer, when Manda is summoned Kisame is forced to up his game to either a GSB, or Water Dome. The latter basically ending the match.

His best bet is to run him dry of chakra and that simply won't happen due to Oro's speed and versatility.

I suppose you mean sacrifices? Hydra mode does nothing. That slow ass multi-headed snake has no chance of harming Kisame while fused with Samehada in water. The agile Kisamehada will simply swim circles around Hydra, absorbing chakra with simple contact at a rate nearly on par with Preta Paths. It won't be long until Orochimaru is completely drained.

Also, Kisame has numerous ways of dealing with ten thousands snakes. One of which is simply going underground, or capturing them within a water prison.
