Orochimaru vs Kisame

Both are/were extremely powerful members of akatsuki. Orochimaru was a sannin, while Kisame was the most powerful member of the seven swordsmen of the mist, and he had the largest chakra reserve out of everyone in akatsuki, which is saying something. so here are the rules:

Location: Bell test area (there is a river here, as well as the ground)
Intent: to kill
Power:both in their primes, with all of their techniques

If it is too easy for Kisame, remove Samehada
If it is too easy for Oro, remove IWS
If it is a tie, explain why

dont just write their name, explain.

Orochimaru took a tailed beast bomb from 4tailed Naruto. He also has the body switch thing and many MANY other Jutsu. I believe Oro would win with difficulty.

Orochimaru wins. With or without IWR. With IWR, oro just summons 2 op ninja and no difficulty. However, without IWR, it will be a tad bit more tougher. I believe Oro was shown to be able to use both earth and wind? Pardon me if i am wrong. Kisame uses water based techniques so Oro has an extra advantage. Oro has insane stamina and he has boss summon manda. Yamata no Orochi, i just cant see Kisame winning.

orochimaru. although i won't say he wins easily, he obviously would win. kisame just doesn't have the type of attacks to actually KILL orochimaru. kisame has no summoning to keep up with oro's...even if he fused with sameheda [or however you spell it], i still don't see him beating oro. in fact, it'll be somewhat easier on oro cuz he wouldn't have kisame's sword to deal with
