Who do you think is stronger and the superior ninja, Orochimaru or Kisame? Both are at their strongest and healthiest, and here are the rules of this battle:

Location: Final Valley

Starting Distance: 100 meters

Condition: All healthy and at their strongest

Restrictions: Edo Tensei

Starting Scenario: Orochimaru summons Manda and takes out his Kusanagi blade, and Kisame has Samehada ready for battle.

Orochimaru wins due to his relative immortality and the fact that his ninjutsu revolve around snakes....

Meaning Kisame can't absorb the snake since they are living beings and NOT created from chakra.

I am not saying that Orochimaru is stronger than Kisame, but Kisame is strongest against ninjutsu users that use ninjutsu that don't revolve around summonings. Summoning would be different unless Kisame can absorb the created chakra before Orochimaru summons anything.

i think this will be a fair fight sense they both have chakra reserves on bijuu level. plus orochimaru is very knowlegeable in ninjutsu and forbidden jutsu when kisame has samehada that drains chakra. so that would be a good battle if you ask me. it can go either way.
