Orochimaru wins. Kakuzu can be as hard as diamond. Oro have a sword that can cut even diamond. He is also fast and cunning enough to hit him with it.

Orochimaru wins, mid to high-diff. Kusanagi gets past Kakuzu's durability, Manda and other snake summons can help Oro tank Kakuzu's elemental attacks. That's both of Kakuzu's big factors down, especially durability. What takes it to potential high-diff is the amount of hearts... it'll probably take Orochimaru a while to destroy all of them.

Part 1 Orochimaru didnt have control of manda, if he summons it, manda will eat them both.
He definitely wins when manda is his pet, but without it, Kakuzu should win.

Im not very familiar with Orochimaru, but i never have seen him using poison and i never seen that his sword cut through durable material.

Kusanagi blade was damaging Hiruzen's diamond hard Adamantine staff, and didn't receive any damage from grazing KN4's corrosive chakra cloak. By feats and even databook hype, Kusanagi should be able to pierce through Domu with no problem.

This is going to happen while Manda's already trying to swallow Kakuzu? I'm not an idiot, I know what Manda has done.

All boss snakes aren't manda... They get KO'd easily, Poison? You mean that thing when he reveals his true form? Kakuzu doesn't intake air so that is useless and makes it so much easier to win this fight.

Kusanagi? Orochimaru would never get close to Kakuzu. Even if he does if he doesn't strike directly in the heart its useless and then Kakuzu will know that his domu won't work. However didn't it get stopped by enma?

Like i said, i am not very familiar with orochimarus abilities and feats, looks like manda swallows Kakuzu, but i can't believe that Kusanagi damages domu. The Databook hype of domu says that it only can be overcome by a powerful raiton technique when i remember correctly.
