Kakashi from first scan yes oro win but the curent Kakashi destroy orochimaru mid difficulty at best.
For exemple Gaara would get destroyed by Oro it all depend about wich has advantages witht heir abilties.

Kakashi's sharingan genjutsu + mangekyou it's overkill.

Honestly i think current kakashi can do it, the guy should be Hokage to be honest. Part 1 Kakashi would have committed suicide if he had to face Ororchimaru, however current Kakashi is on a whole other level. They both have loads of ninjutsu, but Kamui kinda decides it for me.

Kakashi wouldn't stand a chance against Orochimaru, Mangekyou or not Kakashi doesn't have half the endurance or knowledge Orochimaru has. Seriously Kakashi has admitted himself stupid for even considering the possibility of fighting him... see ch 70 in the manga or just watch the anime :flaw:

Orochimaru would destroy Kakashi!!!!!!!!! and that is without Edo Tensei. If Orochimaru had Edo Tensei Kakashi would be dead in the blink of an eye. And to address Kumai, how will it KILL Orochimaru? i have yet to see that be answered. And to protect him self from Kumai Orochimaru could just use Attack Prevention Technique.
