i base my opinions on logic , kishi can let anyone win but he uses logic as well, Darui defeated the 2 shining brothers of the hidden cloud that have 9 tail chakra n he defeated suigetsu pretty easily , he's powers r kage level and he defeated these enemies by himself ,gaara would be a mid difficulty beat down, orochimaru can not defeat a sharigan user, plain and simple as that , every sharigan user he comes across whup his ass :ice:

Thats right, they never work out how you expect them to. which means Kakshi's planning skills suffer the same consequences. both are very intelligent but Orochimaru's near-immortality gives him more room to re-plan than Kakashi.

No Orochimaru cannot kill a Uchiha with MS,a sharingan has nothing to do hurting orochimaru (Kakashi can't do half the stuff a Uchiha can all he has is Kamui); he would beat kakashi like he stole something.
