Cfighter, that would be because Jiraiya wasn't prepared and didn't have time to go into sage mode. And orochimaru was tired, which is what kabuto and himself said.

Jman wouldn't try to hurt naruto even if he's in 4 tailed mode. Plus he didn't use sage mode on him.

The fight would be close as they are pretty even, but i think sage mode and Jiraiya's sealing would be what allows him to win in the end and I really don't think Jiraiya would give Orochimaru time to summon using Edo Tensei. It would be a close fight because of Orochimaru insane ability to regenerate. Jiraiya wins in the end, but not by a wide margin.

naruto was like a grandson to J-man, He wanted to stop naruto without hearting him(it's just like when neji and guy sensai together stop drunk lee)
In case of oruchimaru, he hates naruto and he was just playing with naruto untill he turned in to 4 tail(he was at his limet)

Oruchimaru have a chance till j-man did not use sage mode.
If he allow j-man to enter into sage mode then it will be a clear win.
J-man will kick his snake @ss (he will just cast a genjutsu on him using maa and paa thus force him to stop edo tensai and i dont think oruchimaru can dispell a g-jutsu that a rinegan holder cant break)
