If oro has edo tensei, and is bloodlusted he will win since he can use it instantly, whereas jiraiya has to go into sage mode.

If Jiraiya starts in sage mode and oro has edo tensei, oro still wins, but jiraiya has a shot at winning.

If Oro doesn't have edo tensei, he loses.

We have NOT seen what both of them can do to the fullest, when oro fought sasuke, sasuke even admited that oro was SEVERLY weakened during and before the fight.
And in the sannin 3 way deadlock, tsunade drugged jiryia and he got majorly weakened. They were both FAR less than even half there power in both (and lots more, but i won't go on) instances. We have not EVER seen oro's or Jiryia's full power (hardly if not, even near it).

But, by what weve seen jiryia takes this..somehow :shrug:.

actually i think we saw jiraiya full power in his fight with pain
and oro you'sd his MOST POWERFUL technique in his fight with itachi so i think we saw enough.

Actually he's right, itachi said he would lose or it would come to a stalemate between him and jiryia if they fought, its in the manga. Disagreeing with the manga would be wrong to do.xd
