I think orochimaru is stronger than itachi because orochmaru was able to fight with the 4tail without even using plenty jutsus and he told naruto that he was about to test him whether he had gotten stronger than sasuke so he didn't take the fight seriously and he also has hydra mode i'm sure itachi can't fight the 4 tails

LoL! Itachi ofcourse. Dont you remember that scene where Itachi and Orichimaru walks up the stariway (Orichimaru was back then a member of the Akatsuki) and Orichimaru is so damn obsessed in geting his sharingan and tries to "kill" Itachi for it but fail When Itachi take control over him with his sharingan and as result paralyze him. And when Sasuke got into Orichimarus Vessel ritual he turn the ritual against Orichimaru (notice that Sasuke got weaker sharingan than Itachi) so Nope Orichimaru would be a goner.

itachi with out a doubt Itachi beat oro with out MS or anything.
And true Itachi could really rape oro. Itachi would use tsyunomik(spelling) and rape oro in there for 72 hoursxd

1-when oro and itachi were a akutsuki team itachi beat him with out MS
2-When he came from sasukes curse mark Itachi sealed him in the sword of whats its name.

that was a long time but u remember that oro has hydra mode and he has an immortal body and i'm not sure that itachi can fight with the 4 tails and can also fight with the 3rd hokage and can also beat oro in the hydra node!!! oro to victory
