Orochimaru vs Itachi - different situations

Orochimaru vs Itachi

condition: They both have full knowledge on each others abilities

Situation 1:

edo tensei and sharingan in completely restricted (so both are I guess, at base)

Situation 2:

edo tensei and mangekyo sharingan in completely restricted (so normal sharingan is allowed).

Sitation 3:

only the mangekyou sharingan is resticted.

Situation 4:

No restrictions.

Who would win the different sitations? In my opintion, since each have FULL knowledge, situations 1-3 would be very close. Situation 4, I would probaly be leaning towards itachi, but since its full knowledge, orochimaru might have a chance.

Thanks for your opinion. I think the big factor is stamina. I think situation 1, orochimaru easily aswell. Situation 2 i belive could go either way - sharingan and orochimaru's stamina and regeneration are huge factors. Situation 3 I think orochimaru (the edo's. he can use leech all creations and hidde while the edo's do all the fighting) and sitation 4 I think mabe 7-8/10, Itachi.

Also, one thing i forgot to add for situation 2. I always rememember their first fight - itachi genjutsu's him and cuts his hand off. Orochimaru can use gathering of the snakes...but I think orochimaru would have learnt from his mistake. But again, very close it could go either way.
