*Using my Byakugans reaction time I see you make a handsign and build your water chakra I then make a single handsign and instantly lower the earth behind you to 20 meters dept the radius is just wide enough to make you lose balance and fall in due to me making it where only your toes are touching the unnaffected area or cut off limit I then raise spike which would impales you at the bottom of the hole the, then I send a huge flame dragon at you the hole which goes inside and burns you to a crisp*

*The moment I see you use Hurricane Fists and build up your water chakra I quickly make handsigns in the blink of an eye releasing a large amount of chakra from my body blinding you just before release the chakra for your water jutsu causing you to close your eyes due to the intense brightness as I sway to the right, I then make a handsign and fire a huge wave of fire which covers a large area burning everything in its bath I then release a lightning current into the fire making a Fire/Lightning combo

But with a heat that large he knows that the most his water jutsu can do is create steam which will block his vision and against a byakugan user that being not able to see is deadly. So as soon as the water is released he makes a single handseal and releases a crashing wind wall behind the water which increases the speed and power to an s rank. The wind/water combo has both advantages over your combo and continue at you at a strong a rank.
