Oro easily, don't forget Oro has a massive arsenal of jutsu and forbidden jutsu plus way more experience and I'm sure more knowledge on Gaara than gaara has on him.

Gaara of the sand would beat Orochimaru, this is how it will go.

Gaara uses sand coffin sand burial, Orochimaru is now in the coffin and summons Manda then trys attacking with Manda nd fails cuz Gaara's sand is too quick for Manda and then Garra turns the battle field to a Desert and does sand tsunami then Manda hides him self under ground and Gaara has already put on the Shield of Shukaku. Then Manda has no where to go and Gaara starts flying and does Sand drizzle. Meanwhile Oro has other plans he edo tensei the 1st and 2nd hokage, but that wont do them any good while Gaara is flying and sand drizzling all over them. Then he goes full Shukaku and crushes Oro.
