Ay’s Speed and durability relies on his raiton armor, increasing his speed and reflexes. The key to slowing Ay down, would be to weakened his lightening releases and counterattack. Not to say this would be an easy task, considering high chakra levels, but we have to take into consideration that wind release> lightening release. With that being said, Orochimaru’s futon techniques would really be the only determining factors for his chances of winning with the listed restrictions.
What we know: Orochimaru’s futon technique is a one-handed seal, mid/long range, 360 gust of wind that temporarily shields user and dismantles any nearby/incoming foes. That attack presumably weaker than Temari‘s futon techniques. Although weaker, Orochimaru’s futon techniques are executed differently, they aren’t sharp with the intent to cut an opponent, but instead a large concussive force to overwhelm a target.
