Orochimaru wins. People are pretending like like Orochimaru doesn’t have Oral rebirth or something. He fought 4 tailed Naruto with no arms and he’s in possession of 1 of the 3 sacred imperial Japanese mythological weapons.
Orochimaru can't react to V2 Ay. He can OR till he's black & blue, but the outcome won't differ.

Ay was physically overpowered by Base Bee, while he was using V2 full power. Orochimaru was tanking hits from 3 tailed Naruto, who is physically stronger than Base Bee. So while Orochimaru can't react to V2 Ay, he can tank and shed from any hits he can deliver and simply waits until Ay reverts back to V1. It's not like Ay can maintain V2 for long anyway. Orochimaru wins.

I’m not saying that Ay isn’t faster than Orochimaru in terms of linear speed, but not being able to react to Ay’s speed is a little far fetched considering that

Orochimaru has long range attacks, he has the reflexes to ensure counter measures against Ay, and Ay only has one style that requires close combat. I’m sure you haven’t forgot Orochimsru’s Paralysis technique either, right?
When Ay’s chakra is depleted like it was during the war all that speed lightning armour is gone, so what will he do when Orochimaru outlast him?

Ay cannot maintain V2, that is not what the manga has shown us. Ay has repeatedly maintained V1 in all of his battles, and then uses V2 for one quick burst/blitz and then reverts back to V1 again. Refer to his battles with Madara, Minato or Naruto even. He is always using V1 until he feels he needs to up the ante on his attack, which is only a momentary occurrence.

Having said that, Orochimaru still loses to Ay and gets battered by him.

This is the most respectable thing I've read in this thread despite having a different opinion on who wins this battle.

Ay’s Speed and durability relies on his raiton armor, increasing his speed and reflexes. The key to slowing Ay down, would be to weakened his lightening releases and counterattack. Not to say this would be an easy task, considering high chakra levels, but we have to take into consideration that wind release> lightening release. With that being said, Orochimaru’s futon techniques would really be the only determining factors for his chances of winning with the listed restrictions.

What we know: Orochimaru’s futon technique is a one-handed seal, mid/long range, 360 gust of wind that temporarily shields user and dismantles any nearby/incoming foes. That attack presumably weaker than Temari‘s futon techniques. Although weaker, Orochimaru’s futon techniques are executed differently, they aren’t sharp with the intent to cut an opponent, but instead a large concussive force to overwhelm a target.
