it's kinda funny how orochi can handle jiraiya but not stand a chance to Ay (whose superior father got solo'ed by a sagemode user)

Well, in an ideal scenario, Orochimaru could win this through his immense durability, poison, and his defense due to Rashoman Walls and Manda as well as Hydra if need be. I would favor Orochimaru in this case, especially if he has a Hypothetical Sage Mode.

yeah, i think baiting with the vapor toxic that he used on sasuke or summon giant snakes should be enough to stop Ay. unless he can blitz/ tank through all that.
