Pretty sure they both don't mind killing one another. Intel wise i think Ay would know that orochi is sannin who uses snakes and giant summoning and orochi knowing ay uses lightning release speed. Location open field i suppose.

Well, in an ideal scenario, Orochimaru could win this through his immense durability, poison, and his defense due to Rashoman Walls and Manda as well as Hydra if need be. I would favor Orochimaru in this case, especially if he has a Hypothetical Sage Mode.
