Edo tensei needs prep, which is something the 3rd won't give him time for. Also all that jutsu does is make it so the opponent can't see. It doesn't change the fact that Orochimaru has nothing in his arsenal capable of injuring the 3rd.

When you can tell me what Orochimaru has that can injure the 3rd then maybe i'll agree with you about Orochimaru winning.

Exactly the 3rd Raikage's Ultimate Spear technique at the end of the day is just a REALLY STRONG piercing lighting attack. He needs more than that to kill Orochimaru...He would literally have to carve him into inny bitty pieces to finish him.

I'm going with 3rd Raikage with mid-high lv difficulty dew to Orochimaru's resilience to normal jutsu's. I'm just making a point about Oro's sword of Tsunagi I believe it would be able to pierce the raikage's shield and skin...But he hasn't shown any other jutsu to be able to do so.

Lol no. The 3rd tanked a rasenshuriken and you think a sword will pierce him? Lol. Also the 3rd is much much faster than Orochimaru so he wouldn't even be able to hit him anyway.
