Tsunade cannot survive decapitation. Kusanagi, which would bruise the Adamantium Staff, would decapitate her.

Two, Tsunade body is strong, in order to slice her you must exert great force, having a super strong blade is nothing if you dont have the force to back it up, and for Orochimaru to do that he would have to be far away, and she would notice that attack and avoid it or punch his head off.
Tsunade was drunk and rusty, and yet she was still able to best an steriod Kabuto, her reflexes seemed to be on point. And he feat in the Madara fight are even greater.
Tsunade's strength was reduce thanks to Kabuto cutting her muscles, and I dont think she was trying to kill him, because she wasn't aiming for vital spots.

Not really, it's true. Orochimaru had no jutsu whatsoever. Even Hiruzen stated the only one that could compete with Orochimaru was Minato.
