Orochimaru left that fight because it was pointless to continue. Besides, Orochimaru had a far, far worse handicap than Tsunade. No Jutsu at all, no arms.
To prove that, she only knocked off the mask covering his eye. 4 Tailed Kyūbi scratched his face off and Orochimaru simply smiled. That punch was nothing.
Tsunade cannot survive decapitation. Kusanagi, which would bruise the Adamantium Staff, would decapitate her.
What can Tsunade do to Orochimaru? Punch him? If it gets too bad, Oral Rebirth.

Tsunade was able to keep up with Ay in the fight against Madara who was in V2 while in the battle, while she has strength of 100 activated. She wasn't as fast as him but she was up there, Try again. Tsunade can jump, Diedera flying isn't that fast, and doesn't he need time to make the big clay flying bomb? which he wont have constantly avoiding those ground busting hits.

Actually we dont know if Tsunade can survive decapitation or not, at this point in the manga Tsunade is a beast. Manga scans that says she dead if her head if cute off?

Anyway, Tsunade isn't that easy to kill, for one her reflexes is on par with his, and she is able to counter that tongue sword. Two, Tsunade body is strong, in order to slice her you must exert great force, having a super strong blade is nothing if you dont have the force to back it up, and for Orochimaru to do that he would have to be far away, and she would notice that attack and avoid it or punch his head off.
Tsunade was drunk and rusty, and yet she was still able to best an steriod Kabuto, her reflexes seemed to be on point. And he feat in the Madara fight are even greater.
Tsunade's strength was reduce thanks to Kabuto cutting her muscles, and I dont think she was trying to kill him, because she wasn't aiming for vital spots.

Her body is strong? Of course. But that didn't prevent Kusanagi from slicing her up.
Punch Orochimaru's head off? If an enraged demon couldn't do that, neither can Tsunade.
She bested a steroid Kabuto? Read again. At best, she stalemated. At worst, she was done for before Jiraiya intervened.
She wasn't trying to kill Orochimaru? If you think that, then I may know Tsunade better than you...

She survived Bisection, if I recall she was still alive and kicking, she only did put herself back together out of the kindness of her heart to heal the Large.
It only went through because she jumped in front of it and the force was great, and he hit her with the sharpest point of it.
Tsunade Strength > Kuruma Strength
She wasn't really, because if you look back at the fight look at all the changes she had to kill Orochimaru, but what ever you say on that part.
And no acutally Jirayah did nothing but provide a weapon of tsunade to solo Manda with, and i think Naruto summoned Gamabuta, im not sure.

Kicking? No. She would have died. Decapitation severs the brain from the body. She'd still be alive but in agony. What use is a brain without a body?
So he can decapitate her? Kusanagi can pierce her and cut her?

I don't know man , Tsunade already soloed Oro in part one , that's all the manga fact I need , she also blitzed a Madara clone , which means she is on Madaras level , she also has the 100 billion men spirits power from the heavens which could neg diff Oro & counter any of his attack & let's not forget , Tsunade can still walk with her head cut off .
