He loses the bold. IMO you should delete Scenario 2, since we don't know for certain that Orochimaru could resurrect Dan, and plus Dan has kind of a hax jutsu.

Well, I count both of the Narutos I used here as ones having no Kurama and powers other than base+SM. So I guess it doesn't change much.
