Orochimaru Sig Complications

I was wondering If I could request an Orochimaru signature. I'm not sure if I need permission from the administrator, I was trying to add one earlier as I am kinda new to the site and I wasn't allowed to. I also wondered if anybody could tell me the deal regarding Kumi and buying signatures from other people. Since I'm new i pretty much just post in the naruto discussion cuz I haven't learned how to RPG or partake in contests. If any sould could reveal these secrets to me it would be greatly appreciated!

As far as I know, Kumi is only used for buying graphics and posting on the forums xD
