Chakra can be spilt in yin and yang, and u can also use yang and yang jutsu, but Naruto's chakra isnt just Yang.
And u said it urself, Nagato learned and mastered the Rinnegan.

It has already been pointed out in the manga/anime that Naruto is a descendant of the Uzumaki clan, he basically has all the traits of an Uzumaki except for the red hair and/or being really good with seals but he hasnt tried that yet.
And where do u think, the Uzuamki Clan came from? The clan didnt just appear out of nowhere.



Yeah, it is not like Naruto just learned/befriended the half of his Nine-Tails, and was fighting in a war for about 2-3 days, without any long resting time while doing so much, like sending clones to the different battlefields and taking on exceptional shonobis from the past:rollseye:

Post scans of the manga that state anything about Yin Chakra or Yang Chakra or Naruto using Yang/Yin Chakra
Nagato's body was drained due to using the Gedo Statue Technique when Karen was captured and when Yahiko died.

Oro wanted the sharringan and he also realized that Sasuke was already heading to the dark side so he thought he would be easier to manipulate. Kabuto and Oro had an idea what Madara was up to and probably thought they could eventually turn Sasuke's sharringan into a rinnegan. That was his mistake. He treated Sasuke too preferentially putting him above his other subordinates. He wanted him to train and get stronger so he could have a strong body when he took it over. Sasuke got too strong for him.

Naruto was not refined enough for Oro plus Kabuto and he thought Naruto stupid. They might have coveted Kurama and would have liked to get their hands on him but once Oro lost his ability to use jutsu he thought better of trying to get him. Naruto was able to take down Kabuto during the fight with Tsunade so I don't think he was worth the trouble to them at that point.
