-Hes from the uzumaki blood line
-has the nine tailed fox already sealed in him
-Akatsuki would be in a disadvantage if oro had naruto's body
-oro already had harashima's cells in his lab so uzumaki+hashi cells = ?

Even in part 2 during the war ,didn't he see how crazy powerful naruto was ?

I bet if oro had naruto's body and pushed it to its limit with hashi cells + curse seal+ dragon sage+nine tails

2. I am not sure if he knew/knows that Asura's Chakra plus Indra's Chakra may result in the Rinnegan
3. Current Naruto or Naruto during the war would've broken Orochimaru's control like how Hashirama did when Orochimaru had him under the Reanimation Jutsu for the second time.
4. Or Otochimatu did say he didnt want Sasuke's body anymore, just to watch Sasuke's "wind blow".
