Agree with everyone else saying WTF, you don't make sense sorry.If you are talking about the white snakes after Itachi sealed oro than no they are dead. He just intergrated what was left of Oro's soul-less white snake body. Also the glasses are just a character thing he has been seen without the since fusing with the Oro cells (after he captured yamato).
