Well, I still believe he's just acting.
As Tobi did in the past.

That's why I said his behavior was badass... He is freaking acting as a clown in front of 5 kages and a summon for crying out loud, don't you see what's happening right there?

He is showing that he doesn't care about them........

he said that we wants to see what happens with Sasuke, and sasuke is going nuts.
Of course Oro is still evil. He wants Sasuke's body, he's just keeping it in the down low for now.

Come on, everyone should be allowed to have a little fun every now and again. Besides, him being "friendly" is because Orochimaru does not want to live in a world ran by the Juubi. Once that menace is taken care of, you will see Orochimaru back at his experiments and increasing his power base.
Cooperating and helping is one thing, but he's become passive.

As soon as that slug attempted to even opens its mouth, old Orochimaru would have put it in its place

"I advice you not to do that, or you may end up dead. Nonetheless I'm no threat to you"

"Do you really think such a jutsu would kill hehe, I'm no threat calm yourself"

Something Orochimaru like

I do understand the character as it was introduced the 1st part. please be patient with me.

Remember those panels, in which you saw the sadness of Hiruzen? Orochimaru was his pupil, Hiruzen never wanted to stop believing his genius was meant to be an instrument of good for the sake of the village. I am not interpreting him. We did see Hiruzen taking pride out of oro´s skills while training, his concern about the obssession developed on revenge by means of knwoledge and tactical prowess, closed by a single panel of Oro attending to his parents milestone grave.

Hiruzen was able to understand Oro´s pain and grief, and anger. Amazingly already after Oro had killed according to my calculations around 20 villagers at the least. The bloodshed has been vast, but Sasuke´s path of terror too, and up to this moment found redemption.

i really don´t agreed much with Kishi in the sense of achieving redemption by conceded pardon, nevertheless we must all remember as readers, Japan´s history (so as ALL of the other war cultures) is written along with much life spent for victory; not only retold through its arts, painting and literature (graphic chronicles of key assassinations, battles, harakiris, defeats, etc), religion (bloody gods, wildly driven, vengeful), but even shown off as part of Japan´s specific folklore.

Most of NB users, I´d say are western people, but let´s stop for a second and reconsider in most if not all of Far East´s cosmogonical beliefs there is no good or bad, but (being). In our own Western views it was so up to the vikings to the nordic, the Kiev princehood to the tribal people of Russia, the Spanish to the American natives, and Christendom to most of Europe, and of course Islam to the Arab world and parts of Africa.

As a narrative justification it is not mistaken, as to how most modern-day Japanese would comment let´s say about WW2. Power in confucianism (the ruling philosophcial pillar in most of Far Asia) is seen as a divine virtue for men to follow, as the ruling law in nature is chaos, whatever a man does for his kingdom to survive is righteous in a pratical manner.

I´m having fun with this "Feelings Royale", just like at the end of the Pein arc.

Yes, understand his reasoning for cooperating as he found a different path after witnessing Sasuke (like himself) make his own decisions, different from his own. Also, after seeing Kabuto turn into a nut, this too had an impact on his desires/goals/ beliefs.

Therefore if Kish wants to use this to as a means to make Orochimaru" good" that's fine. But with this he has changed everything about Orochimaru. I feel like i studied him, being as i feel like i knew his character so greatly. His mannerisms are passive, his gestures are soft, his attitude is aggressive nor assertive, etx.

There is just so much that has changed about him is the few chapters we have seen. Sasuke whether he is good or bad, remained being a cocky bastard,

Orochimaru tried to cling on the same thing as Kabuto, Orochimaru was present when Kabuto failed, and Itachi's words probably got to him as well. Right now he's interested in what Sasuke is trying to reach, but that doesn't necessarily mean he'll turn good, even now he's not doing anything for the sake of others.

Yes, thank you. However this isn't solely focused on him turning "good." As i stated it's more than just that.

His overall character has become cheesy

He also admired Katsuya for being more understanding than the snakes. Oro needs to kill someone soon or its all rainbows and butterflies from here on out ...
