Pain wins with difficulty. The Thread is saying that Orchimaru transfer body's with Curse Mark Sasuke (before Itachi Battle) so him having MS, EMS or Itachi techniques are impossible. Pain is controled by chakra rods from Nagato so Orochimaru fighting Nagato is also not possible. The preparartions of using Edo Tensei are extemely long so using the technique is impossible during battle. Genjutsu effecting the 6POP are unlikely because Jiraiya himself place a Genjutsu among the three Pain's and it had no effect on the others. Also Jiraiya fought and was able to bring down three Pain's, so going up agaist all six would be diificult. The 6POP have linked vision so Orochimaru even having Sasuke's body and Sharingan means nothing.
Orochimaru is equally skilled when it comes to measuring the Sannin powers because the Sannin are not shown their full potenial. Also Orochimaru will accomplish he's dreams of knowing all the secrects of Ninjutsu by having the Sharingan, so him running into any Akatsuki members would be unlikely.

i agree with jovardo orochimaru is a strong character but nagato has the most strongest eye and the stronget techniques this would help him overpower orochimaru

You seem to know less than what you think. YOU CAN NOT GET OUT OF TSUKUYOMI UNLESS YOUR AN UCHIHA, even changing your chakra flow won't change anything. Normal genjutsu and ms genjutsu are totally different
Thats questionable considering bee did it, although Sasuke's version sucked in comparison to itachi's. Itachi's controlled time and would down an opponent in an instant perhaps giving no time to disturb chakra flow to cancel it but who knows.

Orochimaru, if he had sasuke's body =orochimaru + sasuke, or Orochimaru can edo tensei Hashirama or somebody abut pain's strength, Orochimaru seems almost like immortal like wen he fought Naruto 4 tails, besides Orochimaru is smart and after getting Sasuke's body, it is unknown of the plan he further has. it will b SSSEEEERRRIOOUUSSLY TOUGH, pain has the sage of six path's powers. waow tough, but i still say Oro....

pain cant fight this hands down, the thing his the "soul stealer" can just get near orochimaru like that, he has snakes, Orochimaru... can summon really strong ninjas and stuff though i havent settled on a side, but pain wouldn't beat him hands down, rember he learnt a lot of forbidden jutsu and things so orochimaru isnt gonna b easy
Orochimaru with sasuke's body would be pretty much invincible, and he could certainly defeat pain.Oro is already top-tier and was said to be a talent that only shows up every few decades, and he was sarutobi's first choice for the next hokage position.He rivals the third when it comes ninjutsu,and the guy can pretty much tank everything thrown at him.We only saw a healthy oro once or twice i.e we have not seen him go full out.
Remember, sasuke broke tsukuyomi with a mere sharingan, so oro would be able to do the same(because he would have sasuke's blood),he would also have a really strong young body, which would last him a long time.Oro had 5 in genjutsu, imagine what he could do with a sharinga...
