actually, you're wrong. Why are you wrong? Here's why:

you are making up theories and assumptions and taking a literal statement and contextualizing it... just as religious fanatics take a literal statement and contextualize it and claim it is the truth.

With your logic, Itachi, who loved sasuke as a brother, shouldn't of proceeded to fight with sasuke when sasuke confronted him. however, he did fight his younger brother... so to relate Itachi not wanting to fight because of either: "love" or "care" for something... is bullshit.

Jiraiya is stronger than Itachi and that came out of the horse's mouth.

Pein has a lot more openings than ppl consider. Now if all 6 are in front of you, than u need a shyt load of assistance (summons) strong ones at that. But each body is capable of being defeated quite easily, as one needs to be versatile in order to take out all of them since each body has it's own ability. With the exception of the god realm. Nonetheless I think Oro has most if not all of this covered, at least in a very healthy state. But he would def need Sasukes body to accomplish this in anyway.

You´re just making up all kinds of advantages for oro, he will shit his pants when facing all six of them and unlike the fight with naruto, this time pain wants to kill and believe me, he can.
He can just go ballistic with his animal summons which will destroy any snake oro has.

I think people underestimate orochimaru. I think he could put up a decent fight. I think he could defeat most of the paths of pain. He could just use edo tensei...the only ones he would have to wrry about i think are deva and huam. I think humans soul removal technique would defeat the edo tensei's but it would be hard for it to use the technique cuz he has to put his hand on the victims head and everything. Deva is the most troublsemon....the only thing orochimaru would have to worry about i think is chibaku tensei. I dont think shinra tensei could kill him due to his insane durablity. But chibaku tensei is another story. Mabe he could avoid it using leach all creations..im not sure. What do you people think!?!?!?

Oh i completely forgot...he took over sasukes body in this thingo...then that would make things easier...sharingan will help him anticipate attacks and since he took over sasukes body..would he have acess to his abilities too?

Well thats your opinion that he could beat all the 6 pains , but i dont think he can stand a chance even with sasuke's EMS , well cmon withstand shinra tensei , oro is too overrated with sasuke's body , sasuke isnt god , well its true that he will be strong since he has his jutsu's , sharingan as well as a strong body but he cant match the 6 paths of pain

The six paths of Pein would win this fight hands down. Pein has to many abilities that negate Orochimaru's even in Sasuke's body. One path only has to get close enough to yank Orohimaru's soul out of Sasuke's body, Another can drain his chakra. Peins summons are stronger than Orochimaru's. Even if he had MS it's pretty hard to retaliate when your squished inside a small moon.
