Orochimaru final villain?

I think orochimaru will be the final villain in the series.

It seems that all his research seems to be pointing to him acheiving the power of the Sage of the Sixth Paths which judging by recent chapter the only thing he needs is Sasuke.

Currently orochimaru has:

Knowledge and ability to use sage mode from Kabuto
Absorved Zetsu to acheive senju DNA
Knows more about the sage than any one in the show
Can't die so he has unlimited Chakra

The only thing he needs is an EMS which is what he wants from Sasuke.

Last time I checked Oro doesn't have unlimited chakra. It was already established that his current body couldn't handle sage mode. How do you know that he has the most knowledge on the So6P? Come with some concrete evidence before you put shit like this up.

It's funny cause I had this arugment before regarding unlimited Chakra

Chakra is physical and spiritual energy mixed. Since orochimaru is immortal he can force himself (Just like edos can) to use a jutsu so he actually does have unlimited chakra.

I hate the idea but I see Sasuke trolling Orocimaru one last time after this Hokage chit chat is over. Damn shame because him taking Sasuke's body would have been a nice plot twist.
