You're the one that wants to use Oro's p2 edos so you have to prove he can control them.
His best feat is stunning Tobirama. That's nowhere close to controlling him.
Firstly, he can summon them in a mindless state and use them on his own.
Secondly, 4 Hokage were summonned with free will and free movements, so they could speak with Sasuke. Once Tobirama tried do something Oro didn't want him to do, he got stopped like a kid.
I believe that Oro may not be able to control Hashirama (with mind) due to using his DNA, but others? Seriously...

Edos can talk while fully controlled, so no.
If it didn't happen, it's not a feat.
But he let them move lol. They werent restrained at all in the beginning. Tobirama tried to do something against Orochimaru's will and got brought back down to the earth. Moreover, it was just a normal restraint. Oro later said that he could strenghten his restraint. But it's not even needed for characters other than Hashirama.

You said he let them free because he needed them to talk.
I proved you wrong since they can talk while controlled.
Still doesn't show he can control them.
Why would he waste his chakra on restraining them if they decided to stay calm and talk with Sasuke?
And about controling. Orochimaru DECIDED that couldn't move even though he wanted to. If it's not control, then what is?
Orochimaru has already shown his talismans that supress personalities and let him control his EDO. Moreover, he managed to fight himsel and use both Hashirama and Tobirama in P1 at the same time (well, P1 or P2 doesn't really matter, since when for example Tobirama has his personality erased, it doesn't matter if he's on 30, 50 or 100% of his power - he isn't breaking out).
