Some people are saying he can be the main villain again, i say hell no. He's just not strong enough. He never actually was so strong, just did crepy experiments and kinjutusu. Hiruzen could have killed him easely if he wasnt such a crybabygirl.
Not to mention Sasuke beat the crap out of him, and Itachi one-panaled him in 4 seconds.

Orocho is cool, but not main villain class at all. Get over it.
